Pacific Asset Management Corporation (PAMC) was incorporated in 1988 to provide Professional Property Management Services to Owners of Commercial, Retail, and Residential (Multi-family) property in the Lower Mainland.

The Principal Partners of PAMC have successfully operated properties in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. We have provided property management services to a wide range of clients including: Bell Canada, Northern Telecom, Consolidated Bathurst Pension Funds, GAK Pension Fund of Holland, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, as well as international individual investors from Europe, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United States, and Tokyo.
